Matte powder coating aluminum silver paste dispersant
Other Products
Matte paint aluminum silver paste dispersant is a controlled flocculation type wetting and dispersing agent used in solvent-based coatings and inks. It is designed to prevent floating and flooding phenomena in composite color paints where titanium dioxide is combined with other pigments. It also provides excellent dispersion and alignment effects for matting powder and silver powder pigments, while avoiding the formation of hard sediments.
Product parameters of matte paint dispersant:
Composition: Mixture of unsaturated polycarboxylic acid and polysiloxane
Appearance: Yellow-brown liquid
Active content: 50%
Solvent: Mixed aromatic hydrocarbons
Application characteristics of aluminum silver paste dispersant:
It offers excellent wetting and dispersion effects for pigments, effectively preventing color separation in coating formulations when titanium dioxide is used in combination with other pigments.
When used for dispersing matting powder and aluminum pigments, it improves dispersion and alignment, resulting in a smoother paint film.
When pigments are mixed with other fillers, M204 can effectively prevent the formation of hard sediments.
The polysiloxane content helps prevent the formation of Bénard vortices and promotes leveling while improving hand feel.
Application scope of ink silver paste dispersant:
Recommended for use in alkyd, acrylic, amino baking paint, two-component polyurethane, epoxy paint, vinyl paint, and more.
Recommended dosage for matte paint and aluminum silver paste dispersant:
0.1-1.5% of the total amount, 7-20% for organic pigments, 2-10% for inorganic pigments, and 0.5-2.5% for titanium dioxide. It is recommended to add before grinding.
